Hope you all have missed my ideas, here with some sweet lines on life...

The young old age starts at 40yrs...

Children grow up...

Personal life settled...

Responsibilities almost half over on personal family basis...

Personal time again available to think about self...

At 60 years old, we are free from a lot of responsibilities...here personal interest is the first priority which was in a state of pause since marriage and schooling of children ..their studies, and career...

At this age..couples care for each other...take care of each other's interests..develop hobbies to feel young n relaxed.

Those places not explored can be visited. Nearby places are also good, if no liking for far-off places.

At this age.. spend time just like a child; in the same carefree nature who have not yet started going to school n in the same way spend time.

At 60, carry time in your own pocket.. just to feel young.

At 60.. responsibilities are just guidance in any work one is involved in or engaged in to feel free and enjoy the task.

Many continue formal jobs after 60 also, its good but responsibilities n targets need to be avoided, to live a stress-free n carefree life as it is essential to remain healthy n relaxed at this elderly age.

All these keep one at 60 years - young, happy, energetic, refreshing with freedom being in responsibilities.
