                                                  Mask is our real Vaccine

Dear Readers

With the upsurge of the second wave of Covid-19 Pandemic, we have to accept that wearing mask is the only prevention against this 2020 pandemic.

Even after vaccination, we have to regularly wear MASK to keep us safe and prevent ourselves from the infection.

Medical experts have already announced about the third wave of this pandemic. As per their advice may be we have to wear mask even at home. This practice is expected to reduce the infection tremendously.

People throughout the world need to accept that they have to -" stay at home" to reduce the spread of infection. Its a fact now that till a medicine is invented to cure this infection we have to be remain indoors.

Since many decades one after the other a FLU- respiratory  infectious disease has been attacking the HUMAN RACE. Few years ago, all of us were panicked about the spread of SWINE FLU. That time also , I remember few people started wearing MASK. 

But this is saddened n really disheartening to bear the impact of this 2020 Pandemic. This second wave of Covid-19 has started hampering the confidence of common man. The no. of death rate is out of control throughout world.

Mankind has to live now only with the basic necessities of life and bring the impact of the pandemic under control by respecting the appropriate behaviour of Covid- 19 pandemic as per the guidelines by the respective government of each nation throughout the world .

Each man has to take responsibility of himself/herself ,along with their family. Government of any country throughout the world can only provide anybody the requisite medical help but no guarantee of lives or safety from the corona  infection. 

We all have to be individually responsible to prevent ourselves from the terrible deadly infection by -

- Staying at home

- Wearing MASK

- Washing hands in regular intervals

- Inhaling the hot steam 

- Regular exercise and mostly breathing exercises

Please , its a request to all to adhere to the appropriate behaviour of Covid-19 Pandemic.
